Free Plan, Team administrators of Paid Plan

To start using CloudSign payment, you must submit an application to register for free.

This service can be used by all customers using CloudSign, including those on the Free Plan.

If you are on the Standard Plan or higher, only the “team administrator” can submit an application.

Getting started

1. Log into CloudSign and go to the Manage Settings Screen by clicking the button at the top right of the screen.

2. Select “Check plan” from the side bar on the left of the Manage Settings Screen.

3. In “Options,” click “Submit application” for CloudSign payment.

Clicking this will take you to the DG Financial Technology, Inc. website, the company that provides this payment service.

Enter the required information to complete your application. If you pass the screening, a notification email outlining that your application was successful will be sent to the email address you registered with, and you can start using the service.


* Your payment application will be screened by two companies,DG Financial Technology, Inc. and Credit Saison.

Please note that your application might not be successful depending on the type of products your company handles.

If you have received a successful application notification email, use the following steps to send documents and make payments using CloudSign payment.
