# I forgot my password, or I want to change my password

If you have forgotten your password, click “[I forgot my password](https://www.cloudsign.jp/password/request)” at the bottom of the password entry screen to receive a reset password email.

If you want to change your password after logging in, go to [Security](https://www.cloudsign.jp/security) in the Manage Settings Screen to change the password.

Documents can be consented to without registering an account even if you **receive** files from CloudSign, and this alone does not mean that you are registered with CloudSign.
