If you have forgotten your password, click “I forgot my password” at the bottom of the password entry screen to receive a reset password email.
If you want to change your password after logging in, go to Security in the Manage Settings Screen to change the password.

Documents can be consented to without registering an account even if you receive files from CloudSign, and this alone does not mean that you are registered with CloudSign.
