You can receive notifications in Slack about the progression status of documents you sent.
You can specify channels or DMs for each status. Note that there is no limit to the number of notifications that can be specified.

Notification for progression statuses is available for “Documents that you sent”
If you are a recipient, you will not be notified of the consent from relevant parties after you or the conclusion of the contract.
No notifications are received when documents are canceled by the sender.

Operation method
There are two main steps required as follows.
First, have “team administrators” set up the linkage
Then set up the notification settings for each member
1. Linkage Setting (“team administrators” only)
1. Go to “Team settings” in the Management Screen.
2. Turn “Link Slack” to “ON” and click “Save.”
3. This completes the steps required by “team administrators” for linkage settings.
Precautions
Turning “Link Slack” to “OFF” will stop notifications linked to Slack for each member.
Turning the team’s “Link Slack” to “ON” again will turn the previous notification settings for each member back ON again.
2. Notification settings(each member)
1. Go to “External linkage” in the Management Screen, and click the “Start linking with Slack” button in “Link Slack.”
2. (only if you are not logged into Slack in your browser) Select the “Workspace” for notifications and click “Continue.”
3. Select the channels or DM for notifications and click “Allow.”
4. Select any statuses to receive notifications for, and click “Set.”
5. This completes the steps required for Slack notifications.
Click “Add new channel” to specify different channels or DM for notifications.
