Operation method

Use the following steps to change or delete the linkage settings for CloudSign and Slack.

Changes notifications

1. In “External linkage” in the Management Screen, select the channel or DM you want to change.

2. Change the notification settings.

3. This completes the changes for Slack notifications.

Delete notifications

1. In “External linkage” in the Management Screen, select the garbage bin symbol for the channel or DM you want to delete.

2. When “Delete 〇〇 settings?” is displayed, click “OK.”

3. The settings is complete when “〇〇 notifications have been deleted” is displayed.
