With CloudSign, you can forward documents you have received to other members with decision-making privilege.
For example, if you receive a document but do not have decision-making privilege, you can forward the document to another member with decision-making privilege at your company. The appropriate approver consenting to the document ensures the legal validity of the document.
You can forward the confirmation request email you received to the approver to consent to the document, but this method leaves no record of the forwarding history or the actual consent given by the member with decision-making privilege CloudSign or in the electronic signature.
Using CloudSign’s forwarding function makes it possible to leave a record of these information, allowing approvers to conclude agreements while retaining maximum credibility of those concluded documents.

Precautions
This function requires the sender to specify “Allow forwarding” when creating the documents.
Recipients can utilize this function without registering an account with CloudSign, thereby allowing them to forward documents.
If the documents you have received are specified with high-level authentication request functions, you will need to register an account. Check here for more details.
The forwarder (source) cannot take action on the documents after forwarding them.
Information of the forwarding recipient is recorded on CloudSign and in the electronic signature.
Documents that have been forwarded to an email address once cannot be forwarded again to that email address.
There is no limit to the number of times a document may be forwarded.
If, after forwarding the document, the email address used is found to be incorrect, or the document does not get delivered, no correction can be made.
