# If you cannot log into the CloudSign payment Manage Settings Screen

Accounts will be locked if there are six failed login attempts. If this happens, inquire using the Chat screen at the bottom right of CloudSign.

\* The account can be unlocked without using the application form above.

\* A new password will be issued after the account is unlocked.
