When you send documents with CloudSign, recipients receive a confirmation request email.
The [Confirm documents] URL in the confirmation request email can be accessed for a specific period of time.
For security purposes, all URLs are valid for a period of 10 days from the date and time the email is sent. As such, the URL term of validity cannot be changed.
This term of validity can be extended when the sender sends a reminder.
