What type of service is CloudSign?

CloudSign is a service that allows parties to upload documents like contracts, order forms, etc. containing terms and conditions that have been agreed upon by the relevant parties. After all parties consent to the documents, the service applies electronic signatures to the documents indicating that the relevant parties have provided their consent.

 

The service also allows for storage and management of documents signed with electronic signatures.
