Selecting multiple recipients allows you to add multiple people—not only your client contact person, but also your own superior or your client’s superior—as recipients, so that the entire agreement conclusion process can be completed on CloudSign.
The routing order can also be specified when selecting multiple recipients, so three-way contracts (three-party agreements) or contracts between multiple companies can be finalized.
See here for the normal method of adding recipients.

Operation method
There are two methods available for selecting multiple recipients.
Note that the order can also be changed after selecting the recipients.
Click “Add recipient” and add one recipient at a time
Use “Contacts” and add multiple recipients at once
Add one recipient at a time
See here and select the recipients in “02. Set recipient.”
Repeat for all recipients to complete the process.
Add multiple recipients at once
Click “Add multiple recipients.”
From “Contacts,” click all the recipients you want to add in the order you want to send documents.
Clicking “OK” specifies the recipients in the order they were clicked.
This completes the required settings.
Examples of adding recipients
1. Obtaining approval from your superior before sending
When staff in charge send documents using CloudSign, they can “obtain approval from their own superior before sending to the other party.”
[Sender]: Sends document
↓
[Recipient 1]: Enters details in “text fields” or “stamps,” then consents
↓
[Recipient 2]: Enters details in “text fields” or “stamps,” then consents
↓
Agreement successfully concluded
2. Double checking the document for any errors after recipient provides consent
The "sender's email address" can also be included as a recipient. This allows the following approval process to be completed on CloudSign.
[Sender]: Send document
↓
[Recipient]: Enters details in “text fields” or “stamps,” then consents
↓
[Sender]: Confirms document for any errors, then consents
↓
Agreement successfully concluded
Precautions
Confirmation request emails are sent in the specified order. Emails are not sent to the selectedrecipients at the same time.
An email address can only be selected as a recipient once. The exception is sender email addresses, which can be selected twice: as the sender and as a recipient.
If multiple recipients are selected, the agreement is successfully concluded after all selected recipients provide their consent.
