The credibility of agreed documents is guaranteed by applying an electronic signature under the name of Bengo4.com, Inc., the company that operates “CloudSign.”

All documents with concluded agreements using CloudSign are given an electronic signature that can only be issued by CloudSign, a scheme that enables identification of authentic documents.

The electronic signature scheme uses digital signatures based on public key cryptography protected by a strong encryption algorithm.

Furthermore, when an agreement is concluded, a “certificate of contract conclusion” is issued that states information such as an outline of the document and the conclusion date and time as issued by Bengo4.com, Inc.

This certificate provides an easy way to check the date and time (by the minute) that the sender and recipient provided their consent, the email addresses of the sender and recipient, and the authentication method used to conclude the contract.
