The Free Plan can be used for completely free.
Paid plans are charged as the total of the monthly fixed fee and the fee for each document sent.
For example, if a user on a plan with a 10,000 yen (11,000 yen including tax) monthly fixed fee and 200 yen (220 yen including tax) per document sends 100 documents in one month, the user will be charged 30,000 yen (33,000 including tax).
(No fees are incurred for sending reminder emails.)

Timing of charges
Charges are incurred when the sender sends a document.
Attaching multiple PDF files or specifying multiple recipients will be counted as 1 sending order.
Note that charges apply even for the following cases, because an electronic signature that prevents tampering is applied at the same time that documents are sent.
There were errors in the document and it was canceled or rejected
The recipient’s email address was incorrect and they did not receive the document

The contract period is initially for 1 year, and renewed automatically every year thereafter.
