CloudSign can be used to conclude contracts using either of the following methods: employees concluding contracts; or the actual representative director and president concluding contracts.

Details

The persons within a corporation with the right to conclude contracts are a “person having the right to represent, such as the representative director and president” (hereafter, “representative director and president”) or an “agent granted with the authority of representation by the representative director and president.”

With the CloudSign, contracts can be concluded with valid rights using methods such as the followings:

  1. The actual representative director and president or a person with the comprehensive authority of representation in accordance with the company stamp provisions (generally granted to a person responsible for legal or business affairs) sending and receiving documents

  2. Sending and receiving documents by including the actual representative director and president or a person with the comprehensive authority of representation in accordance with the company stamp provisions in the approval process for using this service

  3. Employees obtaining approval in the company separately, and concluding contracts as an agent.
