The “Incorrect email address and password combination” error is displayed when logging in

When you are logging in, the “メールアドレスとパスワードの組み合わせが正しくありません(Incorrect email address and password combination) ” error may be displayed.

Cause

The email address or password that you entered may be incorrect.

Solution

  1. Check that the email address or password that you entered is correct.

  2. If step 1 does not resolve the issue, click the “パスワードを忘れた方(I forgot my password)” on the upper right of the red login button to reset your password.
