Downloading and viewing concluded documents (PDF files) may cause specified input fields (text fields, stamps, checkboxes) to become unreadable.

Cause

This is caused when files are not viewed in the recommended operating environment for using CloudSign (Adobe Acrobat Reader).

 

Solution

Please view PDF files using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

When viewing downloaded PDF files, the recommended operating environment for using CloudSign on both PC and smartphones is Adobe Acrobat Reader (latest version).

If you are unable to view files correctly even when using the recommended operating environment, please contact the chat support from the bottom right of CloudSign website.
