Multiple files can be sent per transmission with CloudSign. The file size that can be uploaded in such cases is as follows.

Size of data per file: up to 10 MB (10485760 bytes)

Total size of data of all files: up to 50 MB (52428800 bytes)

Number of files per transmission: up to 100 files

When the agreement is concluded, a PDF file with the concluded agreement is sent as an attachment with the agreement conclusion email. If the file size exceeds 6 MB, the document is not attached to the email in order to prevent transmission errors occurring due to excessive email data size.

As an alternative method, a document download URL link will be issued for users without an account, so they can access the link to download and save the documents.
