Manage documents in own team in a centralized manner (View/search documents, Edit/update document information, Import documents, receive an email notification of "contract signing completion" for documents sent/received by members)
Share original templates with members in own team
Manage administrator alert function (Set/modify alert dates, receive alert notification emails)

Manage confidential documents sent and received within own team

There is no maximum limit. Administrator privilegesr can be granted to multiple people. You can also grant privileges to all members of the team.
