If you send documents as a test, the screen may not change to the recipient screen, meaning you cannot perform the processes required by recipients.
(Ex: Unable to enter input fields. Consent button not displayed.)
Situations where recipient processes cannot be performed may be due to the following causes.
The sender and recipient are using the same computer
The computer you are using was used to log into a different account in the past
Trying to access the URL in the document confirmation request email when logged in as the sender or other account may cause the screen to change to that of the sender or other account.
As a result, the recipient’s input fields are not displayed, and items cannot be entered or consent cannot be provided.
In such cases, please try the following solutions.
Log out of the sender’s account first, then try accessing the document
Access the URL in the confirmation request email in an Incognito Window
