Yes, it is valid.

CloudSign attaches a tamper-proof electronic signature to a document (including input fields if such fields have been set) at the time the document is sent and at the time it is agreed to.

Accordingly, when a PDF file containing all contract details is uploaded to CloudSign and is sent, the recipient only needs to press the “Agree” button to make the contract valid.

Note that the “Stamp” available with this service is simply a pseudo-stamp that conforms to common business practices, and does not have any direct relation to credibility.
