If the sender has specified input fields to be entered by the recipient in a document they have sent, the sender can check the status of input fields assigned to the recipient after sending the document.

Operation method
1. Log into CloudSign, then open “Being verified by recipient” from the side bar on the left.
2. Click the relevant document. Click the document in the document overview page.
3. The recipient’s input status can be checked on the preview screen.
About input status
Each input field is shown as follows depending on who it is assigned to.
1. “Text fields”
Assigned to sender: no frame
Assigned to recipient: red frame for entered fields, yellow frame for incomplete fields (if label has been added, the label details are shown within the yellow frame.)
2. “Stamps”
Assigned to sender: no frame
Assigned to recipient: red frame for stamped fields, yellow frame for incomplete stamps
3. “Checkboxes”
Assigned to sender: no frame
Assigned to recipient: yellow frame for all initial settings, selected checkboxes and incomplete checkboxes
Precautions
If a document is not showing as ”Concluded” even when all input fields assigned to the recipient have been completed, the following cause is possible.
The recipient has completed all input fields, however has not yet clicked “Consent to document”
