When a sender sends a contract to the recipient, the recipient receives an email containing a unique URL that CloudSign generates each time for viewing and verifying the contract.

For a malicious third party to gain unauthorized access to this URL, they would need to try to create and access 100 million random URLs every second. Successfully gaining access would require much more time than the lifetime of the universe.

With this structure, even recipients who do not currently have a CloudSign account are able to receive contracts in a secure manner.

For an even more secure authentication method, a separate “access code” can also be set.

In order to protect the confidentiality of data against hacking and unauthorized access from external networks, confidential information is stored isolated from the internet with a firewall.
