I cannot receive emails (emails not via mobile network carriers)

Emails from CloudSign will be sent from support@cloudsign.jp.

Emails might be filtered as spam email depending on the email applications used by your network carrier, so please search for emails you have received from support@cloudsign.jp.

If you still cannot find the emails, your block settings for incoming emails may be enabled. Please use the following steps to check your spam email folder and settings.


For Yahoo! Mail

Incoming mail domain settings

  1. Log into Yahoo! Mail and click [Settings / Terms of Use] → [Email Settings] on the screen

  2. Click [Filters and receipt notifications]

  3. Enter “cloudsign.jp” in the From condition

  4. Click the [Save] button

Check spam email folder and unblock email

  1. Click the [Spam email] folder

  2. Check the list for any emails from CloudSign

  3. If an email from CloudSign is found, select the checkbox next to that email and click the [Not spam] button under the tab

  4. Check that the email has been moved to the [Inbox] folder


For Gmail

Incoming mail domain settings

  1. Log into Gmail and click [Settings] from the gear icon on the screen

  2. Next click [Filters and Blocked Addresses] → [Create a new filter]

  3. Enter “cloudsign.jp” in the From condition, and click [Create filter]

  4. Select the [Never send it to Spam] checkbox, and click [Create filter]

Check spam email folder and unblock email

  1. Click the [Spam] email folder

  2. Check the list for any emails from CloudSign

  3. If an email from CloudSign is found, click the checkbox next to the email and click “Not spam” under the tab

  4. Check that the email has been moved to the [Inbox]


For Outlook.com

Check junk email folder and unblock email

  1. Click the [Junk email] folder

  2. Check the list for any emails from CloudSign

  3. If an email from CloudSign is found, right-click on the email in the list and click [Mark as Not Junk]

  4. Go to the [Inbox]


For Microsoft Outlook

Incoming mail domain settings

  1. Launch Microsoft Outlook, and click [Home] → [Delete] → [Junk] → [Junk Email Options]

  2. Click the [Safe Senders list] tab

  3. Click the [Add] button and enter “cloudsign.jp”

Check junk email folder and unblock email

  1. Launch Microsoft Outlook and click the [Junk Email] folder

  2. Check the list for any emails from CloudSign

  3. If an email from CloudSign is found, click the email in the list, and click [Home] → [Delete] → [Junk] → [Not Junk]

  4. In the displayed [Mark as Not Junk] dialog box, select the [Always trust e-mail from xxx@xxx.com] checkbox and click the [OK] button

  5. Go to the [Inbox]


For iCloud

[Check junk email folder and unblock email]

  1. Open iCloud Mail and click [Junk mail]

  2. Check for any emails from CloudSign

  3. If an email from CloudSign is found, select the email and click the [Not junk] button at the top of the screen

  4. Check that the email from CloudSign is moved to the [Inbox]
