If you do not consent to the content of documents, you can reject the documents.

The content of documents cannot be amended.

If you want the documents to be amended, first reject the documents and request the sender to create new documents with amended content, and have them resend the new documents.

1.Open the document from the confirmation request email you received.

2.Click “Reject without consenting to the document” at the top right of the screen.

3.An optional reason for rejecting the document can be entered if necessary.

Click “Reject” to complete the rejection process.

Up to 1000 characters can be entered as the reason for rejection.

1.Open the document from the confirmation request email you received.

2.Tap the bar at the bottom left of the screen.

3.Tap “Reject document.”

4.There will be a display to double check, so tap “reject”

5.This completes the rejection process.

The following members will receive a rejection notification email.

If multiple recipients are specified in the routing order, recipients who have not yet received a confirmation request email will not be sent a rejection notification email.

Even if you have already consented to a document, you can “Cancel consent” if the document has a routing order specified and other recipients have not yet provided their consent, such that the status of the document is not yet concluded. (if the document has already been concluded, it cannot be amended or canceled.)

You can cancel the document by opening the document from “Being verified by recipient” and tapping “Cancel consent” at the top right of the screen.

Members who will receive a cancellation notification email are the same as those who receive a rejection notification email.
