This page provides details of errors displayed when uploading CSV files for bulk editing document information, and the relevant solutions.
The file cannot be loaded due to different character encoding.

Document information for up to 50 documents can be edited at one time.
→ Check if there are more than 50 documents included.
The header item is in a different format.
→ Check if the first line has been edited.
Preview cannot be displayed because the number of columns is in a different format.
→ Check if columns have been added or deleted.
The document ID is duplicated in row ○ and row ☓.
→ The file cannot be uploaded if the document ID is duplicated. Check the specified rows.
Preview cannot be displayed because a document ID that does not exist is included.
→ A document ID that does not exist has been included. Check if the document ID has been changed.
The limit of the length is 500 characters.
→ The upper limit for the management title, contract party name, management number, and user defined document information is 500 characters. Check if this limit has been exceeded.
A date that does not exist is entered.
→ Check if a date that does not exist has been entered.
(example that causes error: 2019/09/31)
Please enter the date in the format “2020/01/01” or “2020/1/1.”
→ Check if the date format is different.
(examples that cause error: 2019-09-01, 20190901, September 1, 2019)
Characters that cannot be entered are included. Please enter “Yes” or “No,” or leave it empty.
→ Check if there are characters other than “Yes,” “No” or left empty for whether or not automatic renewal is enabled.
Characters that cannot be entered are included. Please enter single-byte numbers.
→ Check if there are characters other than single-byte numbers entered for the transaction amount.
Information does not exist within the file.
→ Only the first row has information entered. Please enter document information in the second row and on.
The file cannot be loaded.
