Browsers that do not meet the recommended operating environment may cause pages to behave abnormally.
Note that as this service handles important customer contracts, thus, using the latest version of browser is recommended from a security perspective.
(2) Reload the screen
The page may have become temporarily unresponsive due to a reason related to the operating environment you are using. If this happens under the recommended operating environment, please try reloading the screen first.
