The progress status of documents can be verified in the document list of each folder (excluding drafts).
The outline screen after selecting documents also displays the status of each recipient.

The link in the confirmation request email has not been clicked
[Status: Opened (date)]
The link in the confirmation request email was clicked, but the Consent button has not been clicked
This indicates the status for a confirmation request email that has been sent from the CloudSign server. If the email could not be sent and a return notification is received, a return email will be sent to the sender.
Please check the following settings if a return email is not received, and the recipient has not received an email.

For documents sent before November 11, 2019, “Awaiting delivery” is shown for recipients who have not received the confirmation request email.
The system has since been updated so that “Access denied” is shown for recipients who have not received the email.
